Baby potato salad – 20 min
- baby potatoes
- spring onion
- olive oil
- mustard – optional –
- lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- We wash the baby potatoes well and cut them in half.
- We place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, mix them with a little salt and olive oil and bake them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until they are golden brown.
- It is a good idea to take the tray out and stir the potatoes from time to time so that both sides of the potatoes are evenly fried.
- We wash the spring onions, chop them to the desired size and put them in a bowl.
- After putting our well-cooked potatoes in the bowl, pour the sauce over it and cook for 3-4 minutes. After waiting a while and mixing, we eat it with pleasure.
- In a tea glass; half olive oil,
- Juice of 1 lemon,
- 1 tablespoon mustard,
- Add 2 cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt, mix and set aside until the potatoes are cooked.
- This brings out the flavors of all the sauce's ingredients wonderfully.
Note: If you want to prepare the recipe with regular potatoes, don't forget to peel them.
Oatmeal Cookie Balls – 20 min
- 2 ripe bananas for 10-15 pieces
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon molasses (you can leave out the molasses if you don't want it to taste too sweet)
- dried fruits and nuts of your choice
- After mashing the bananas with a fork in a bowl, we add all the ingredients and mix them.
- You should add the oatmeal slowly.
- We need to achieve a slightly watery consistency.
- After adding the dried fruits and nuts of your choice, we form balls and bake them on a baking tray lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 175 degrees until the bases are golden brown.
- Your cookies, which are still soft when they come out of the oven, will harden and shape as they cool.
